Chicken Tikka Masala Recipe- Serves 4
Tikka means a little spicy. Masala means spice mixture, together they are Tikka Masala. the most popular Indian dish the worl over, in England, Chicken Tikka Masala is the national dish. Rani's unique blend is especally made to replicate traditional Indian Tandoori cooking.
- 1. Combine yogurt and Rani Tikka Masala Paste: add chicken. Marinate in refrigerator for 1 hour or overnight for a fuller flavor.
- 2. Gently saute onions in oil until golden.
- 3. Add marinated chicken and saute.
- 4. Add chopped tomatoes, water and sugar: simmer for 25 minutes until chicken is cooked through. Serve over Rani Basmati rice.
