When will my order ship?
Orders placed by 2pm CST on a working day (Mon–Fri) ship out the same day from our Houston warehouse. Orders after 2pm, or on weekends, ship the next working day.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping (3–5 business days) is $4.99 — and FREE on orders over $25. Faster options like USPS Priority show at checkout.
Where do my products ship from?
Everything ships from our own warehouse in Houston, Texas. We're not a drop-shipper — every jar is on our shelves before it's on yours.
How fresh are the spices?
We import and pack in Houston ourselves, in small runs, so product moves quickly from packing to your door. Every jar carries its packed-on or best-by information.
Are your products kosher, vegan, or gluten friendly?
Many of our products are kosher certified, and most are naturally vegan and gluten friendly — each product page lists its certifications and the label photos show the marks.
Do you have organic products?
Yes — the Rani Organics line is USDA Certified Organic: spices, lentils, flours, oils and more. Find it under Organic & Wellness in the menu.
What's your return policy?
If something's not right, we'll make it right. See our refund policy for the details, or just contact us.
Do you sell wholesale?
We do — restaurants, grocers, distributors and manufacturers buy direct from our Houston warehouse, minimum 1 pallet (2,000 lbs). Details and inquiry form on our Wholesale page.
Can I visit a store in person?
Yes! Our family's stores are in Houston, TX and Las Vegas, NV — addresses, hours and directions are on our Visit Our Stores page.
Do you offer gift cards?
We do — Rani Brand gift cards are delivered by email and never expire.
How do I track my order?
You'll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves Houston. You can also check your order status from your account.
