Kala chana flour, also known as black chickpea flour, is a type of flour made from ground black chickpeas (kala chana). It's commonly used in Indian cuisine to make various dishes such as savory pancakes (besan chilla), fritters (pakoras), and snacks. It's a nutritious option as black chickpeas are high in protein, fiber, vitamins, and minerals. This flour adds a distinct flavor and color to dishes compared to regular chickpea flour.
