The butter is transformed into golden color oil with a sweet nutty taste. Ghee is the basic cooking oil of India and is used to sauté and deep fry a large variety of dishes. We create natural slow cooked ghee, crafted not manufactured... which is why we put it in Glass NOT PLASTIC. As such you can imagine that it would eat away at something like plastic. Ask yourself, do you want plastic with your Ghee? Of course not!

We use only high quality glass jars, packed in bubble wrap, packed in a box, packed in another box so that it arrives to you in perfect condition. Most importantly you receive healthy, un-degraded full flavor Ghee!
