Chicken Tikka Masala

 CLASSIC CHICKEN TIKKA MASALA


(A dish flavored with lemon and coriander)

1 onion, chopped 

2 tablespoons oil

1 pound boneless, chicken breast, cubed

1 (15-ounce) jar PATAK’S Tikka Masala cooking sauce

2 tablespoons half and half cram 

Hot, cooked rice

In a large skittle over medium high heat, cook onion in oil for one minute. Stir in chicken. Cook 3 to 5 minutes or until chicken is browned. Shake the jar of PATAK’s Tikka Masala cooking sauce and stir into chicken. Bring to a boil. Simmer 20 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink. Stir in cream. Heat thoroughly. Serve over hot, cooked rice.
