How to use Rani Organic Moong Whole:

  • They are generally eaten either whole (with or without skins) or as bean sprouts, either in raw, soaked or boiled form.
  • Moong beans are used to make salads, soups, subzis, and other delicious dishes. The starch of moong beans is also extracted from them to make jellies and transparent/cellophane noodles.
  • Always check after 15 minutes of cooking time, since some mung beans can cook really fast.
  • Bring the mixture to a boil and cover and cook in low heat for about 15 to 20 minutes of time or until the beans is cooked enough and soft.
